We stayed here for a night last weekend and was AMAZE. Totally cut off and a very Brontë feeling, being in a remote house in North Yorkshire. Kept feeling like some rugged man on a horse would appear over the hills but alas MY rugged man was running himself a very bubbly bubble bath and swanning around in a luxurious fluffy bath robe, so my brief Heathcliffe fantasy was shattered. Run by a lovely family , they even drove us to and from the local gastro pub, the Angel, 10 miles away in Hetton. Would make a great shoot location and they have been shortlisted for a few films recently. Defo a recommendation in the Skipton area!
